In South Florida, the 26-year-old was taken into custody on Thursday.

According to the jail records, he was charged by Plantation police with possessing cocaine, tampering with evidence, and illegally halting or parking his car.

The arrest happened after Florida Highway Patrol troopers apparently noticed a black Bentley SUV obstructing a road.

The police who discovered the “ZEZE” rapper dozing off at the wheel and detected a potent stench emanating from inside the car said that the window was only halfway down.

When the policeman woke him up and confronted him, Kodak acknowledged that there was marijuana in the SUV, but TMZ claims the officer also saw a Styrofoam cup that he thought held booze.

He then motioned for Kodak to get out of the car.
