According to the source, Eddie Howe feels that Callum Wilson and the other experienced players are essential to his plans for the remainder of the season, which is why he does not want them sold or loaned out this month. Diego Simeone and Atletico Madrid are interested in signing Wilson for a January transfer.

The Daily Mail has also stated that AC Milan is keen to sign the 31-year-old this month and is considering doing so. In addition, should Newcastle agree to the transfer, the striker is willing to negotiate with the Rossoneri.
