Ebiye, who signed as a free agent until 2025, left Norwegian team Aalesund in January.
Before joining Lillestrom, the 26-year-old established himself with Akwa United, the former Nigerian Premier Football League champions.

The explosive forward also plays for top Norwegian teams such as HamKam and Tromso.
Ebiye reminisced about his transfer to Motherwell.
“I am very happy to have joined the club,” he told the club’s official website.
“It has been good training and getting to know the team. I hope I can make an impact in my time here.”
