Mourinho has been granted 30 days to keep his job:  Jose Mourinho, the manager of AS Roma, has just 30 days to change the team’s performance.

In his debut season, Mourinho ended a 14-year trophy drought for the Serie A team by leading them to the UEFA Europa Conference League championship.

The following season, the Portuguese coach led his team to another European final, but two consecutive sixth-place results kept them out of the Champions League.

After a dismal start to the season, Roma is currently ranked eighth.

Mourinho has been granted 30 days to keep his job

It’s thought that Mourinho is treading water, and according to Francesco Balzani, he has a month to get them back into the top four.

His contract expires in the summer, and he might not be granted an extension if the outcomes are unfavorable.

Daniele de Rossi is already being considered by Roma as a backup. Other possible substitutes are Vincenzo Montella and Raffaele Palladino.
