Messi reveals he wanted to join Ronaldo in Saudi Arabia: Superstar Lionel Messi of Inter Miami has acknowledged that he thought about relocating to Saudi Arabia.
The 36-year-old would have joined Cristiano Ronaldo in the Saudi Pro League if he had made the transfer.
However, Messi ultimately made the decision to leave Paris Saint-Germain and sign as a free agent with the Major League Soccer team in the summer.

“My first option was to return to Barcelona, but it was not possible. I tried to return, and it did not happen.
