Paqui is the maker of the chip. It comes in a coffin-shaped container with a warning that minors should not consume it and that it is only meant for adults. It should also not be consumed by anybody who has a sensitivity to spicy food or an allergy.
According to the story that included his family, Harris’s death was brought on by issues after consuming an exceptionally hot chip.

Rachel Monárrez, the superintendent of Worcester Public Schools, released a statement.
“It is with a heavy heart I share that we lost a rising star, Harris Wolobah, who was a sophomore scholar at Doherty Memorial High School. As a mother and educator, I cannot imagine how hard this is on his family, friends and teachers. My heart goes out to all who knew and loved him.”
